I Paid the first $400 for credit check and home inspection,but I checked the status on the house online and it says STATUS C, what does the C stand for? I know it said ER(exclusive right) before, and houses on their way to being sold say P for pending and S for sold, but what does C stand for ? Is it short for contingent, and what does that mean?
