We are moving back to Southern California next year from Las Vegas. My husband grew up in Simi Valley I grew up in Santa Clarita Valley. We are very familiar with those areas and really loved living in Santa Clarita but want to live a little closer to L.A. where my husband will be working (near Staples Center). Neither of us are familiar with any of the areas surrounding L.A. We have no problem paying more for real estate if the area it fits our needs. We hope to find an area with a great public school system and hopefully someplace not too pretentious. Does anyone have an opinion about a very safe, family oriented place to live that is within reasonable commute to L.A. by car or metrolink?

So I will retire at 59 with pension. But dealing with occasional bratty kids, time constraints, and politics. I **** making career decisions. Whats your opinion?

7: How could you identify someone who considered themselves part of the counterculture?
8: What part does music play in the movie?
9: How historically accurate is the movie?
