I was just fired and worked as an assistant to the controller for a real estate company in Las Vegas. The person that had the job before me had been training me to do the job and was then fired. Before I started with them several of the Finance staff including the Controller had been fired. The company has been in operation for nearly three decades though.

I believe the reason I was fired is due to the fact that when I was completing the billing I noticed that our billing fee schedule was not in compliance with the contracts we had with our clients. I let my boss know and after showing her the proof she decided that we needed to change our fee schedule.

However, the owner was expecting us to charge higher fees than we were currently. About a couple weeks after discovering this I was fired without a warning and without any discussion or explanation.
My manager did say for me to use her as the reference for that job because she knew that I was doing a good job and she reminded me that everything is pleasing the owners.

What is strange is that after my 90 period I received a large raise and the owners told me that they were pleased with my progress.

What are these ‘good’ zip code? how about 89074 area 602. is this green valley? and 89117, 89147? is this summerlin and S of Charlseston and West of Buffalo? I need this to search the real estate.
