My idea involves purchasing some real estate in Nevada, near Las Vegas. I can’t elaborate too much on my idea, because it is something I don’t want too many others to know about at this time. I am considering a partner who has a lot of startup capital, or a partner who will assume the responsibility of getting a government business loan. I have thought of seeking a venture capitalist, or someone already well established in real estate who want to expand. Where can I go to find someone willing to start this business with me, other than traditional advertising (newspaper ads, radio, ect)?
