Nevada Property Taxes A Concern for Residents
Las Vegas, Nevada’s News 4 Local News reported today on a poll that said 60% of Nevada residents favor limiting property tax increases to 3% per year for most homeowners, and 8% per year for other property owners.
Of all Nevada residents, the poll also found that 68% favor a constitutional amendment like one passed in California in 1978 that would cap Nevada property tax increases at 2% per year.
