Las Vegas area real estate prices are still climbing. The Las Vegas Sun reports that the number of homes on Lake Tahoe selling for $1 million or more rose by 49% this year!
The average price for Las Vegas area real estate around Lake Tahoe is up 15%, and currently sits at $980,024.
Low Las Vegas real estate inventories are pushing up prices. Realtors in the area also indicate that fewer houses in the lower price ranges are coming up on the market lately, which is further pushing Las Vegas area real estate to continue to go up in price.
